During Services – Nursery Care

Nursery care (ages infant – 3 years old) is available during the Sunday service, beginning ten minutes before the service starts.

For our multigenerational services, all children go to the sanctuary with their families and we do not have nursery care as this is a family worship time.

You are always welcome to keep your children with you during any service. Ask a host for a bag of children’s activities to help keep them busy. If your child(ren) need more room to wiggle, you can hear the service in the nursery. You can see and hear the service in our Cozy Corner of the Fellowship Hall.

Child Care During UUCS Sponsored Events

Child care during church committee meetings, classes, and special events can be provided if children are not invited to participate. We need two weeks in advance to guarantee the childcare can be arranged.

For Parents: Notify the coordinator of your event that you would like to have child care so that you may participate in the activity. 

For Event Coordinators: Fill out the online Childcare Request form at least two weeks in advance to guarantee that childcare can be arranged for your activity.

Childcare is available during choir practice on Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.  To ensure availability, notify the childcare coordinator at childcare@uusalem.org to let them know you your child(ren) will need care during choir practice.
