COVENANT GROUPS
Circle and Arrow Men’s Group
Our purpose is to afford
all men of the congregation opportunity to discuss their concerns, needs
and joys regarding their uniquely male roles. We offer a supportive and
non-threatening environment where they will find other men having
similarly male-oriented issues and solutions.
We wish to enjoy the
benefits of male fellowship, validation of our own worth and a deeper
knowledge of, and kinship with, the other men of the church. Facilitator:

Join us as we read together
Infinity in Your Hand by UU Minister William Houff. We meet the 1st
and 3rd Thursdays from 1-3 p.m. at the church.

General Discussion Group
The group chooses topics
such as tolerance, honesty, forgiveness, courage, gratitude, contentment,
compassion, service, generosity, failure, success, love, grief,
commitment, justice, hope. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each
month in the Silverton area.

UNIVERSALISTS

What: Young Adult Group
(18-35)
When: Sunday nights 5 pm - 6:30 pm
Where: In the Religious Education wing
We are the Young Adult Group who comes together to discuss being a
Unitarian Universalist, practicing the 7 principles. We know that we
come together believing different things and we help each other grow. We
like to combine fun, fellowship, learning, and action in a casual,
friendly environment. Please join us!

UU Meditation
The purpose of this group
is to find the spiritual in ourselves, the truth in the writings of great
teachers and the support of each other in community.
We meet weekly on 1st
Sunday and 2nd, 3rd, 4th Mondays, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at UUCS. We meditate
for one hour, then share tea & cookies and discuss our current book: The
Path of Compassion—Writings on Socially Engaged Buddism, edited by
Fred Eppsteiner.

WUHUU’s (Welcoming Under The Hill
Unitarian Universalists):
This group encourages
personal connections and spiritual growth for church members and friends
who are in their twenties or thirties. Meetings are held various times.
